An Open Letter to MAGA

Dear Trump Supporters:

I know you’re angry. I know you feel like the system failed you. That you were robbed. That the New York election-interference/hush-money trial was nothing but a political witch hunt, rigged from the get-go, and that the person you consider your president is the victim of a vast conspiracy to bring him down in an election year.

I know you believe that this vast conspiracy is so large, so powerful, and so devastatingly effective. A network so intricate, lead by President Joe Biden, and which includes moderate Republicans, independents, Democrats, the media, the courts, attorneys general, district attorneys, prosecutors, his former aids, his former cabinet members, Republican secretaries of state and election officials, and now, a jury of both Democrats and Republicans, including those who said they only get their news from Fox and Truth Social.

But I would like you to consider a few logical questions: First, do you really believe it’s possible to pull together such a vast conspiracy like this, which would require the participation of literally everyone who has any measure of power, no matter their political persuasion?

Next, do you really believe it’s possible for a vast conspiracy like this to exist for years without anyone, even one person, breaking ranks and leaking its existence?
